Karen Traub, M.Ed.
Karen completed her Integrative Acupressure training at the New England Institute for Integrative Acupressure in 1991. She has furthered her studies via coursework in Therapeutic Touch with Dolores Krieger, as well as through classes at Stillpoint/Greenfield Community and Smith Colleges. Acupressure is an energy balancing modality which offers the relaxation of a massage with the benefits of acupuncture, without the use of oils or needles. Acupressure can be helpful for stress related injuries and illnesses, chronic and acute pain, and in conjunction with other medical treatments for many conditions including back pain and cancer.
Combining a lifelong study of movement, healing and spiritual practices with her training and experience as a wellness practitioner, Karen listens with compassion and a gentle, experienced touch, sharing her understanding of balance and its effect on the body/mind/spirit.

Tina Wells
Certified Reiki Practitioner Tina Wells studied with Reiki Master Debra Basili at Greenfield Community College. For many years, she has been helping others through drumming, guided meditation and an intuitive hands-on-healing named Angel Light Healing.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: "rei" meaning universal spirit and "ki" meaning life force energy. So on translation of Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is administered through a laying on of hands, or with hands just above the key points of the body, while the recipient is sitting or lying down. Reiki can be profoundly healing and peaceful, and it can work in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. A typical session lasts about 30 minutes and is done fully clothed.
Tina's goal is offer the mind and body healing available through Reiki in a welcoming atmosphere, at an affordable price: all sessions are offered by donation.
