Flow Yoga (Sat 9:00-10:30 am)
Try Flow Yoga -- also known as Vinyasa -- a dynamic, breath-centered style of Hatha yoga in which flowing sequences of postures are woven into a balanced,
whole body workout. No experience necessary, but this practice is intended for individuals who wish to work vigorously. On-going.

Forrest Yoga (Sun 9:15 - 10:30 am) << NEW! Starts Sep 12
Forrest Yoga is an intense, mindful yoga practice that builds flexibility, intelligence, and strength while helping students to deepen their relationship with their authentic self. Learn to breathe deeply, connect in feeling with your body, and work at your edge. Prenatal Yoga (Sun 11 am-12:30 pm) << NEW! Starts Sep 12
Join us and form community with new mothers as you: strengthen and stretch your growing body, learn to access greater breath capacity, and become present with your new baby! We will focus on expanding the breath, supporting the lower back, relaxing the shoulders, creating space in the hips, strengthening the pelvic floor, and opening the heart. The class provides a safe learning environment suited for the first-time yoga student and the long-time practitioner alike. No yoga experience necessary. Pre-registration requested. Starts Sept 12.

T'ai Chi (Mondays 10:00-11:00 am) < No class Sep 6
Deeply rooted in Chinese medicine, meditation, and the martial arts, T'ai Chi Chu'an offers the ancient art and exercise of the mind, energy and body through movement and meditation. T'ai Chi is well tested and proven to help with relaxation, and it has been prescribed by doctors to alleviate stress, arthritis, high blood pressure, balance difficulties, lower back pain, improved respiration and circulation. It can lead us to an increase in energy, awareness and reconnecting with our center, which helps us to rediscover harmony of body, mind and spirit. Give it a try! You'll be pleasantly surprised. All are welcome to join us as we practice sitting and walking Zen meditation. Both group and individual instruction are offered, and beginners are invited to come at 7:00 pm for initial instruction. Postnatal Yoga (Tues 9:30-11 am) << NEW! Next session starts Sept 14
Create community with other new parents as you breathe and bond with your baby! This class will focus on toning abdominals, strengthening arms and back, relaxing shoulders, aligning posture, and expanding breath. Learn how to create a healthy practice for yourself while keeping your baby engaged. Poses will incorporate babies to help them sleep better, improve digestion, relieve fussy emotions, and build self-confidence and trust. No yoga experience necessary. The transitions between the postures are given equal emphasis as the poses themselves.
